Contains 10kW pitch controlled wind turbine, SMA protection box (two sets in parallel connection) and SMA Windy boy 6000A (two sets in parallel connection)
Basic characteristics:
Start up wind speed, system start when wind speed is more than 2 to 3m/s
Cut in wind speed, system connects to grid and has output power when wind speed is over 3m/s
Rated wind speed, system has full output power at 11m/s, on grid output power is 10kW
Working condition in strong working wind, in strong wind from 11m/s to 30m/s, system has full output power through pitch control mechanism and controller regulation
Over working wind speed, system needs to stop when wind speed is over 30m/s
Pitch controlled technology:
Through centrifugal pitch controlled mechanism, the system will stall control actively, has big angle for start up (good start up performance)
Rated wind speed point: zero degree (optimum wind rotor efficiency)
Over rated wind speed: minus angle (stall actively to wind rotor power for zero degree)
The pitch controlled system closed-loop control according to the wind speed and rotational speed, to make sure the power curve output steady
ASP system (automatically safety protection system):
Through checking the signal of wind speed and voltage, the ASP will make the wind turbine pitch control and then stop to protect the whole system when the wind speed is more than 25m/s or the voltage is over 600V
When the wind speed is lower than 25m/s, the system will release brake automatically to make the system start working again, therefore, the system can full use of wind power for power generation
Meanwhile, it doesn’t need people on duty to save a lot of labor cost, safe and steady
